Newton Municipal School Board Trustees will hear from candidates to replace Robert Logan, as Board Attorney in their December meeting to allow each candidate to have a fair chance at the position. Logan, who had served as the board attorney for over 10 years, resigned as he was elected Chancery Court Judge in the Nov. 6 election.

Looking back, I don’t think we were as “bad” as we thought we were, but we certainly were trying to some of the residents of our small town.
