Decatur Board of Aldermen: Board Approves Switching to Meridian Waste for Garbage Pickup

Decatur residents will see a 78-cent decrease in their monthly garbage rates this fall after aldermen approved awarding the town’s garbage pickup contract to Meridian Waste, who submitted the lowest bid of $16.42 per resident for their services.
