On Sunday, Sept. 3, 2017, Opal Patricia Tate, surrounded by her loving family, peacefully left this earth for her heavenly resting place.
There was a celebration of her life at 11 a.m. Wednesday, Sept. 6 at the chapel of Ott & Lee Funeral Home in Forest.
