Traveling to my granddaughter’s funeral last week, we stopped to visit my Newton County friend Rebecca MeElhenney who now lives in Fairhope. She and her mother, Mrs. Sherrie Wooten, were about to leave for Scott County. This week, they blessed me by coming to my house for this interview.
