Katie Wyatt, from Decatur, won the $5,000.00 scholarship and was the overall winner at the Mississippi Soil and Water Conversation Youth Camp. Out of a total of 17 participants in the years camp, Wyatt was awarded for being the camper who demonstrated the greatest interest and aptitude for natural resources.
